PROUDFOOT: Management Consultant / Belgium / Dutch language skills essential
Position Overview
Proudfoot is looking to hire a contract resource to join our team on a project in Belgium. You will be at the forefront of delivering consulting services to our client, working as part of a very strong team, therefore it is essential that you have relevant experience and our also fluent in Dutch.
Main Accountabilities
- Delivery: Accountable for delivering results for one or more workstreams
- Collaboration: Work with client staff to identify performance gaps and develop solutions.
- Implementation: Manage implementation, audit results, and take corrective actions as necessary.
- Training and Development: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and presentations to equip clients with the skills needed for sustainable changes.
- Relationship Building: Develop results-based relationships with client personnel, actively seeking opportunities for cross-selling and additional work.
Skills and Experience
5+ years of work experience in implementation consultancy with genuine transferrable experience- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Superior problem-solving and analytical skills, with a true entrepreneurial spirit
- Significant understanding of the industry dynamics of the mining sector
- Passion for analytics and developing new approaches to mining data analysis
- Willing to work in a highly demanding and result-oriented team environment
- Self-motivation and high service-oriented work ethic
- Willingness to travel up to 80%, with the possibility of rotation for periods of up to one month
- Multilingual - Fluency in English and Dutch is essential
- Lean / 6s / Agile Sprint certified
- Excellence with MS Office applications
